Position
Summary:
The Business Analyst identifies, elicits, documents, and communicates technology requirements based on the strategic plans and project arrays for Mecklenburg County departments.
Incumbents must be knowledgeable of both the business (department) needs and the related information technologies that assist in addressing those needs.
Incumbents are responsible for assisting in mapping a technology process to meet business needs, evaluating, and refining that process, and serving as a liaison between the department and IT.
The incumbent will also support escalated production issues, evaluate, and perform root cause analysis and determines the best resolution.
This position requires system configuration, testing, maintenance, and implementation of new functionality.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
