Quality Control Manager

Follow quality control procedures as outlined by Lindsay Precast and the standards of the Nation Precast Association Quality Control Manual.
Inspect and certify finished concrete products for conformance to shop drawings.
Pre-pour inspections and audits Maintain quality control records, reports, and test results.
Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards for concrete temperature, percentage of air, unit weight, slump and other quality requirements.
Assist with pre-pour inspections, post pour inspections and aggregate sieve analysis.
Assist with set up and performance of destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
Support quality awareness in all precast production operations.
Maintain lab equipment in calibration.
Must adhere to all Lindsay Precast and OSHA safety rules Lead Quality Control department to accomplish task and ensure LPI and NPCA standards are upheld to high standard Requirements:
Preferred experience in Quality Assurance practices and techniques Must have three years concrete related experience Must be organized, professional, have strong written and verbal communication, and be a self-starter Additional preferred qualifications include:
ACI Field Testing Technician Level 1 Certification NPCA Production and Quality School Certification Batch plant Certification Recommended Skills Engineering Manufacturing Operations Product Quality Assurance Technical Services Value Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
