Previous experience in the agency recruitment industry with proven success.
Previous experience in recruiting for MSP / VMS clients, preferably using an Applicant Tracking System.

In this role, you will:
Identify potential candidates and generate new business opportunities.
Contact and qualify potential candidates, set appointments, and follow up on leads.
Track progress towards meeting sales goals and collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
Collaborate, train, mentor, and manage internal Recruiting Teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Use CRM software to manage candidates, leads and sales activities.
Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven track record of measurable experience in recruiting.
Experience and knowledge of Vendor Management System (VMS) based accounts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change.
A strong desire to learn and grow within the sales field.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient knowledge of recruiting techniques and strategies.
