The ideal candidate has strong influencing and analytical skills and must be exceptionally detail oriented.
Expectations & Responsibilities Monitor warehouse adjustments, approve adjustments within thresholds established by Inventory Manager, request more detail and research for adjustments above specified thresholds.
Ensure adjustments are properly coded to correct general ledger code.
Work closely with sales reps and suppliers to resolve product quality issues and proceed with the return process when necessary.
Record and track all returns until credit is received from the vendor.
Ensure that all inventory within our warehouses is reflected properly within the ERP system.
Work with accounting, receiving, and sourcing departments to mitigate receipt.

Provide warehouse proper disposition advice and ensure inventory decisions are accurately reflected in ERP.
Use applications focused on monitoring and logging responses from all functions.
Create internal transfers to balance stock between warehouses and ensure all transfers are properly closed to the correct accounts.
Guide and escalate warehouse teams to reconcile shipment discrepancies.
Assist in maintaining product characteristics in the ERP system.
Track inventory expiration and lot codes to ensure that only products within periodicity are sold to our customers.
As expiration dates approach, communicate with the sales departments and submit requirements to the warehouses to pull stock.
Evaluate stocking levels and initiate return of overstock products.
Convert common materials (stock swaps) to manage inventory sold in different unit packs.
Generate reports for ERP, WMS and other databases for management review as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements High school diploma or GED; some college preferred High level experience with Microsoft business applications (especially Excel) Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work with business leaders at all levels Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
