The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a law firm.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook Proficiency with document management software preferred Extremely organized with ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent attention to detail and ability to proofread Accurately type 65 WPM Ability to work with minimal direct supervision Frequent interaction with clients and coworkers requires professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Excellent references and history of job stability.
Duties include:
Opening and closing a large number of HOA files including researching online for outstanding liens and deeds of trust.
Prepare liens, foreclosure documents, lien cancellations and other documents to be filed with the Register of Deeds and Courts in North and South Carolina.
