We are looking for an analyst who will help perform quality assurance employee data points for a variety of project tasks.
The analyst will provide support and assist in contributing to overall project deliverables.
This project work requires strong customer service orientation.
The analyst must ensure that the final product observes the company's established quality standards and meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead quality assurance through review of data points Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers Collaborate closely with internal and external team members Monitor and report on task progress Present details to Manager outlining progress, as well as problems and solutions Other duties as assigned Experience and Skills:
Prior experience in customer service Detail oriented - enjoy finding the needle in the haystack Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred background - Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate skill level with Excel) Benefits experience a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
