Currently, Samet is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support and serve our corporate and field operations, whose primary role is to provide General Administrative Support to the Learning and Development Team and Samet University.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Maintain project and class files and presentations Schedule classes and organize instructors Maintain associate training records Record meeting notes or minutes Assist in new class creations and presentations Assisting with course reporting and analytics Coordination, tracking & follow through with LMS Software Support on system support tickets and outstanding enhancement requests.
Working with instructors, post-course, to collect their feedback and ensure that attendance information is received Qualifications/Requirements Data Entry Skills Associate Degree in Business Administration or similar OR equivalent experience Excellent computer & software skills, with the ability to learn, adapt to and implement new systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Learning Management Systems (UKG), Procore a plus Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment This role requires a team player with a customer-service approach to co-workers, and a passion for collaborative improvement and implementation of effective work processes, procedures and standards in a team environment.
