We are currently experiencing rapid growth and We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC, and help us expand our business in the Multi-Family market!As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by conducting outbound emails and phone calls to potential clients.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify leads and then convert those leads into sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:
Conducting outbound emails and phone calls to potential clients in the multi-family market.
Qualifying leads and identifying decision-makers Scheduling appointments and demos for our sales team Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly meeting quotas Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Requirements 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Benefits You'll have opportunities to advance.
