The focus of the Operations Manager position is on achieving accurate and timely results that support established organizational standards.

3-5 years Verifiable Security Management experience with a Contract Security Company.
NCPPSB Unarmed or Armed Certified (CURRENT); NCPPSB Unarmed Instructor Certified a Major Plus! Military Veteran, Senior NCO & Above a Plus.
Clean Criminal Background Required.
High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree a Plus.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Valid NC Drivers License and Clean Driving Record.
Have good report writing and communications skills.
Neat and professional appearance.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to provide quality customer service.
Proficiency with Computers, Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Staff and schedule for accounts following detailed company scheduling concept in accordance with contract requirements.
Validate payroll timekeeping and control all overtime.
Conduct employee relations following legal requirements and company guidelines.
Deliver superior customer service.
Interview, hire, counsel and terminate employees.
Maintain proper documentation of employee files.
Produce timely weekly reports.
Conduct employee orientation and training sessions.
