Job duties include taking calls from CMPD and Highway Patrol as well as others and dispatch driver to accident scene or place of tow.
Enter information in to the computer and release vehicle to proper owner.
Must be able to read a map and give directions and email and have knowledge of the Charlotte area.
Towbook experience is a plus.
Experience with TVI a plus.
Customer service experience required.
These are 12 hour shifts.
4 nights per week.
All training is on day shift.
Must have clean background check.
Experience in the towing industry is a plus.
