Provide innovative, C-suite and Board-level strategic and financial advisory services to healthcare organizations (e.

, hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, schools of medicine, clinically integrated provider networks, physician enterprises, post-acute providers)Within a collaborative team environment, manage multiple client engagements, produce the highest quality work products, and provide excellent customer serviceMentor and develop staff and senior consultantsActively contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives, including publishing articles and presenting at national conferencesCollaborate with other PYA service lines (e.

, transaction advisory, managed care, valuation) to support and deliver on new engagementsPlay an active role in the development and leadership of the Strategic Planning Service Line and the firm5
years of healthcare strategy consulting, health system strategic planning, or equivalent experience providing strategic, business planning, and financial advisory servicesNational healthcare and/or management consulting firm and client relationship management experience preferredWillingness and ability to travel for client projects and development opportunitiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsExpert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel tools and techniquesCreative solver of complex problems, with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and the ability to work independently to develop solutionsPassion for helping clients achieve successDemonstrated track record in project management and leadershipExcellent team player, with experience training and developing a teamABOUT Serving clients in all 50 states from offices in seven cities, PYA is ranked by INSIDE Public Accounting as one of the nation's Top 100 largest CPA firms, with the third-highest percentage of female ownership within that group.
