Marketing Specialist:
Lennar is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will provide support to the Director of Marketing and VP of Sales and Marketing to determine the company's marketing strategy, to include focus on digital marketing, traffic generation, sales, product, and price positioning.
Responsibilities:
Partners with the Director of Marketing in strategizing new Division initiatives and driving KPIs for Corporate priorities Responsible for managing the grand openings of new communities by traveling outside of the office environment, assisting with all mass marketing, digital marketing, corporate branding, marketing strategy, media, public relations, and coordination of special events within the Division Oversees the promotion of incentives, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc.
Manages the drafting and sending out of weekly eMarketing and drip campaigns, including providing copy points, proofing, and coordinating with Corporate on timing, as well as creating and updating eblast lists Drive star ratings through management of website content including addition of new communities, removal of closeouts, accuracy of content, and creation/maintenance of landing Work with the purchasing and product development team to create marketing material for new product, management of existing product and creation of Modsy walkthroughs Tracks KPIs for eblasts and maintains a calendar of sends, analyzes the data and implements necessary changes as needed Creates website landing pages, including the monthly Division promotion landing page Responsible for overseeing the management of the Division's Social Media accounts; schedules new community pages until open for sale and then assists NHCs with posting on their community pages; and training new NHCs on Lennar's Social Media Best Practices Responsible for proofing and providing assets for Lennar.
com and other high priority items as they arise Responsible for communicating with our Digital team on the effectiveness and performance of online Google Ads Plans and executes sales and marketing appreciation initiatives Other duties as assigned #CB #LI-AS1
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years Marketing experience Minimum 1 year of Homebuilding experience preferred.
Proven ability to assist in digital based advertising and marketing campaigns Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Outlook (e-mail) Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong leadership and motivational skill Lennar Core Values Our commitment to Quality, Value, and Integrity is the underlying foundation upon which Lennar was built, and these three fundamental principles still guide us in caring for our customers, associates, shareholders, and community.
