$146K - $185K a year Overview Job Summary Provides strategic direction and leadership of system-wide operations to ensure achievement of established initiatives and to provide quality, economical health care services.
Directs and coordinates the activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.
Ensures the achievement of short- and long-range goals for operations, human resources, financial performance and growth.
Essential Functions Develops, executes and monitors operational strategies to provide quality services, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities.
Provides leadership, direction, and administration of operations to ensure compliance with established objectives and to achieve strategic goals of the organization.
Ensures the provision of affordable health care services by the acquisition, utilization, and organization of available resources (human, financial and physical) and the development of improved techniques and practices.
Provides direction to leadership in carrying out responsibilities and interpreting laws, corporate policies, operational procedures, and objectives.
Directs, assists and resolves problems encountered by leadership in the development of objectives, annual budgets, physical facility, equipment and supply needs, personnel complement, organizational structure, work distribution, and operational processes.
Leads, coordinates, and resolves problems concerning operation.
Responsible for required inspections and observations of facilities and operations to determine the effectiveness of operations and to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, accrediting agencies, policies and procedures; takes remedial actions to resolve or improve deficient conditions or problems.
Collaborates with medical staff concerning operational policies, procedures, patient care standards, facility utilization, contractual agreements and operational matters to ensure the best possible care for patients.
Recruits, coaches and retains executives and other key staff to provide for efficient and high-quality patient care, patient satisfaction, financial performance, employee engagement, and physician involvement.
Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale.
Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization's business.
Responsible for taking an active leadership role in non-profit or community-based organizations by providing community service hours or serving in professional organizations.
Also, encourages team members to participate in these same community activities.
Education, Experience, and Certifications Master's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Demonstrated leadership skills which include management of staff, budgets and multiple functions at the executive level.
Skills in developing complex organization-wide operational and strategic plans to meet growth goals and business objectives over a multi-year period and to provide integrated and quality services.
Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach senior level leadership and medical staff to manage high performance and implement strategy.
Significant knowledge and understanding of economic conditions and forecasts, particularly those indications that affect health care.
Extensive experience driving best practice standards and ensuring collaboration across business lines and functions.
Comprehensive knowledge of health care delivery, operations and financial management practices.
Extensive experience in integrating health care operations.
Skills and demonstrated experience in establishing excellent working relationships and strategic partnering with various teams and executives across a large organization to achieve a shared vision, values and objectives.
Skills in managing diverse relationships between various markets, medical centers, physicians, management, employee groups and the community.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar products.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Required to drive to work-related meetings/functions and as a result is exposed to all road and weather conditions.
Exposed to a normal office environment.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
