Technical Lead

The client needs someone who is willing to go onsite 2 times per week in their Charlotte, NC office.
So, the candidate would either need to be local to Charlotte or willing to relocate and be onsite first day.

Responsibilities:
oResponsible for design, development, and delivery of various banking products.
oResponsible for reviewing and debugging code.
oParticipate in production issue root cause analysis and provide timely solutions for critical and high-severity defects.
oAbility to manage both onshore and offsite teams and ensure goals are meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
oHands on experience in the latest Technology stack to mentor and help development teams.
oActively guide and challenge intermediate and junior developers.
oWork independently and be able to meet strict timelines.
oWork in a fast-paced Agile environment delivering great quality product.
oShould be uncompromising about quality and excellence.
Required
Experience:
o5
years of managing development teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
o5
years of application development and implementation experience.
oExtensive hands-on experience in Core Java/J2EE, Multi-threading, Web Applications.
oExtensive experience working with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Framework.
oExperience with Messaging Middleware like Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ.
oExperience in building microservice based applications using Rest API and Spring Boot.
oExperience in Angular or React JS for building responsive web applications.
oStrong RDBMS skills (MySQL preferred), JPA, and Hibernate.
oExperience with CI/CD build pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub) Preferred Skills:
oExposure to distributed design and message-driven Architectures.
oCloud experience preferably AWS.
oBackground in Scrum Agile development is a plus.
oFinancial domain knowledge preferably real-time, ACH and Fedwire payments processing.
oBusiness Process Modeling experience such as Flowable.
Qualifications:
