Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of user experiences within the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Create intuitive and effective user interfaces that align with business objectives and user needs.
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the overall Salesforce experience.
Utilize insights to inform the design process and optimize user engagement.
Define the overall experience strategy for Salesforce implementations.
Work closely with stakeholders to align business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Develop customer journey maps, user personas, and other strategic artifacts to guide the design process.
Develop information architecture and navigation structures that promote ease of use and intuitive access to relevant information within Salesforce applications.
Define data models, objects, and relationships to support effective user interactions and data management Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visually communicate and validate design concepts.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce's design system, including Lightning Design System (SLDS) and design best practices.
Collaborate with visual designers to create visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to understand business requirements and technical constraints.
Communicate and present design concepts effectively to gain alignment and support.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Salesforce experience design.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce experience designs.
Provide guidance on technical feasibility and best practices.
Collaborate in Agile development processes to iterate on designs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, industry trends, and user experience best practices.
Requirements:

years of experience as a Salesforce Experience Architect or similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing exceptional user experiences within the Salesforce platform.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, customizations, and declarative configuration options.
Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and integration points.
Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies.
Ability to define and execute experience strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
Experience in developing customer journey maps, user personas, and other strategic design artifacts.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to present and articulate design concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset to identify user pain points, gather insights from data, and propose effective solutions.
Ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and mentor team members.
Experience leading and driving Salesforce experience design initiatives is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in UX design, interaction design, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
Salesforce User Experience Designer Certification is a preferred.
