Job Description:
Primary
Responsibilities:
Create branded advertising/ promotional and sales material Manage social media content calendar, by curating engaging content for social media platforms in line with brand messaging and growth goals Monitor social media channels for industry trends Review social media analytics and report on key metrics Support team with tracking system set up for online marketing campaigns Help with the opening of our new locations across the country to amplify brand awareness and drive lead generation in new and mature markets.
Support the marketing manager in the development of new unit brand marketing plans and campaigns.
Liaise with planning teams and marketing agencies to procure all new store opening needs ahead of each opening.
Execute and deliver on new unit growth marketing projects, grand opening events, and collaborate on partnership initiatives like local charitable donations and promotional campaigns to amplify presence in-market.
Support with field-level training and communications Support the marketing manager in the rollout of rebranded locations.
Support marketing team in special projects and branding initiatives Manage print vendors and other promotional partnerships Develop and manage internal communications and newsletters Provide field support to Shop Managers, District Managers and Regional Managers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Marketing/ Communications or equivalent experience Minimum of one to three (1 - 3) years of experience working in marketing, preferably in a similar role Self-starter that excels in a performance driven culture that has the ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time Data-Driven:
