Insurance Claims Negotiator

Responsibilities:
o Negotiate claims for clients as the plaintiff side, delivering maximum value to claims and working diligently to top settlementso Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusterso Follow up the claims resolution with detailed documentation into Needles softwareo Attention to detail with balance sheet reporting and trackingo Run revenue and case count reporting
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; experience with accounting software helpfulDemonstrated understanding of insurance industry claims and processes and proven comprehension of relevant state and federal regulationsSolid time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize while managing multiple claims at onceSuperb ability to achieve customer satisfaction through integrity, critical-thinking, negotiation, and clear communicationHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferredAbout Company:
