The Marketing Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing plans and activities to support the company and its brands.
This includes strategy development, customer and industry research, brand expression, media planning, program creation, implementation, evaluation, and optimization.
This role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer, and the person will have broad exposure to a vibrant, growing restaurant group.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Manage brand presence across social channels to ensure positive and consistent messaging (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, as well as profiles on Google, Square, Yelp, etc.
).
Develop monthly media calendar and content to support campaigns.
Analyze marketing activities across channels for delivery of KPIs and ROI/KPI's.
Adjust marketing plans on weekly/monthly basis toward more compelling, efficient, meaningful content.
Establish platform activities for application to newly developed restaurant concepts.
Investigate industry, food, consumer trends and propose adjustments/plans to capture opportunities.
Monitor social channels for consumer engagement and respond promptly.
Work with Chief Strategy Office to create and implement social media strategies.
Drive social engagement, brand image, restaurant revenue, and community connection.
Network with local food advocates and micro-influencers to create and promote sharable content.
Build relationships across corporate departments to support marketing needs.
Goals:

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or communication.

years of current social media management experience.
Expert knowledge of social media marketing across channels.
Proficient in using third-party social media scheduling apps and marketing tools.
Skill with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Performance Max, etc.
) Moderate skills in photography and videography with an awareness of current trends.
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop and Lightroom.
Willingness for team collaboration as well as eagerness to participate Able to communicate in multiple tones for each brand and how it relates to brand positioning.
Experience as a brand manager and the ability to adhere to brand standards/guidelines.
Passion for Latin cuisine and culture.
(Spanish language awareness is a plus.
) Restaurant /foodservice experience.
Adaptability, openness to learn, and desire to grow.
