The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for executing the strategy of the marketing department by working with the Chief Customer Success Officer to develop and implement marketing, branding, and communication campaigns that align with our data-driven, omnichannel marketing strategy.
Responsibilities Provide expertise and resources to the sales and marketing teams to create high-impact content marketing strategies that produce results.
Manage agency relationships for paid searches, website development, account-based marketing, and retargeting.
Contribute high-level thought leadership to the marketing department and mentor others as it relates to department initiatives and goals.
Draft and create marketing campaigns and collateral, such as the annual thought leadership guides, blog articles, and landing pages (with support from contracted resources).
Maintain the annual marketing content calendar for content ideas and planning.
Lead the development and maturation of multimedia assets (such as video and interactive infographics).
Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) website audits and determine how to use the data best benefits the company.
Provide guidance and insight based on data collected by the marketing team to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and determine future direction.
Identify gaps in campaign effectiveness and develop initiatives to close them.
Manage the annual operating expense budget for the marketing department.
Qualifications & RequirementsSkills Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
A strong sense of professionalism and business acumen, leadership skills and ability to work with members of the team at all levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced software skills related to content creation and management.
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required; master's degree preferred.
A minimum of five years of experience in a marketing management role.
