Job Description/Duties:
Assist with the preparation of quarterly SEC filings on Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
Assist with monthly consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis, as well as quarterly financial forecasting.
Prepare annual benefit plan financial statements.
Assist with accounting research and the implementation of new accounting standards.
Interface with external and internal audit teams on various accounting, financial reporting and internal control matters.
Collaborate with other corporate departments and business units on financial reporting and accounting issues.
Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement activities.
This role will offer a hybrid schedule contingent upon program needs.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
One year of related experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be a U.
S.
citizen with no dual citizenship.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with SAP, BPC, and/or Workiva.
Experience working with financial statements Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated process improvement.
