As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining and reporting accurate, up-to-date documentation on the TFC program and the children in care.
This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Completion of electronic filing and weekly reports; Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on foster children in care while meeting the respective state licensing requirements and Bethany's documentation and reporting requirements; Schedule and prioritize work duties in partnership with supervisor and other team members; Complete paperwork and phone calls for the foster care team, as requested; Serve as the primary point of contact for intake and quality assurance related tasks for the foster care team.
Administer and complete intake tasks in a timely and accurate manner; Attend trainings and meetings as assigned by supervisor; Assist with quarterly file audits; Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's level degree in Social Work or equivalent field of study from an accredited college, preferred; Knowledge of state foster care procedures and case management protocol, a plus; At least one (1) year of experience in child welfare, preferred; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must have an ability to provide excellent and compassionate customer service to a diverse population; Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines with a strong multi-tasking ability; Computer and typing skills sufficient to perform essential job functions; Active motor vehicle license and maintain a reliable vehicle with adequate insurance coverage; Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries; If direct contact with clients,proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases, including COVID is required; Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitment.
