The CDC will be the leader of the BOH under the guidance of the Executive Chef in the restaurant--mentoring and motivating aspiring chefs as well as maintaining consistency and precision throughout the kitchen.
Restaurant CDC Duties/
Responsibilities:
Maintain an environment of integrity and growth.
Holds the standard of high-quality food.
Handles high volume with confidence and finesse.
Maintains and builds relationships with vendors, and farms.
Abide by all department of health requirements and train the team to uphold the highest sanitation practices.
Restaurant CDC Qualifications/ Skills:
Ability to maintain control of food cost and labor.
Dedicated to providing guests with amazing experiences with the highest degree of integrity.
Desire to run a teaching kitchen--constantly challenging themselves and their team to be better.
Must be able to manage a large team with confidence and oversee all aspects of the kitchen.
