All about the role:
As People Services and Solutions Manager - Data Management, you will beresponsible for driving key processes such as People Data analytics, includingonboarding, offboarding, changes in terms and conditions, and internal moveswithin the Workday/Payroll system.
Additionally, you will be the go-to personfor handling HR inquiries from employees, line managers, and HR businesspartners.
You will also oversee Time and Attendance administration, ensuringaccurate tracking and reporting.
With a total headcount ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 employees across ourfactory locations, this role offers a dynamic and challenging environment.
Youwill report directly to the Global People Operations Director and have theopportunity to manage a team of operational experts, both directly andindirectly, comprising up to 10 employees.
You will be an integral part of our team, driving efficient HRprocesses, supporting our employees, and contributing to the overall success ofElectrolux NA.

Transformation:
Support in implementation/refining People Services and Solutions organization in USA (mapping, scope analysis, desktop procedures, roles transition, recruiting on new positions, change management) Support in configuration of the new systems and tools (Workday, HR Service Now, other communication channels for white and blue collars) Make sure the managed Team is fully equipped and ready to work in new environment (new system, new communication channels, new/revised roles and responsibilities, clear SLA) Support the new PS&S organization and Workday usage (by Employees, LMs, HRBPs, PS&S Specialists) in Electrolux Factories locations in USAService Delivery Be responsible for excellent customer-oriented services through adherence to respective Service Level Agreements (SLA) Drive the Continuous performance management of services delivered by the Team and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, if required Be responsible that policies, guidelines, and processes exist to support the delivery of services in line with PS&S objectives and agreements with stakeholders (incl compliance with internal and external regulations and business continuity plan).
Be responsible for execution of control checkpoints to ensure that service delivery of the team complies with the above.
Team management Communicate effectively on different level of organizational structure.
Builds and develops a high performing PS&S Team (satisfied and engaged) Supports individuals through huge change process and keep them engaged.
Be responsible for providing proper facility, time attendance and law compliance of the managed team.
Contributes to PS&S HC forecasts, plans, and budgets.
Continuous Improvement& Quality Assurance Makes sure the Team CI targets and objectives are delivered.
Promotes the PS&S continuous improvement program and a strong focus on quality and compliance.
Identifies and supports implementation of improvement opportunities.
Knowledge Management Ensures a consistent method for documenting, storing, and updating all processes, desktop procedures and operational/technical documentation.
Integrates a knowledge management mentality/culture into PS&S Qualificationsrequired:
4 years bachelor's degree Min 2 years' leadership experience on similar positions in multinational company Experience in execution of People Data Processes Knowledge of labour law for USA Experience in application of various HR tools (Case Management, HR Portals, Chatbot, Knowledge Management tools, Digital signature tools, E-archiving tools) Knowledge of Workday or equivalent tools Where you'll be:
