Join us and help set the world in motion! Job Description Lead and develop the Customer Success Department Inside Sales (order management), Technical Sales Support, and remote Sales Development teams.

Drive continuous improvement of Inside Sales and Order handling
Maintain and foster a customer-centric mindset within the Inside Sales organization.

Ensure there is adequate sales support for RSO and direct customers
Serve as escalation point for order management issues
Assess and adapt department to ongoing trends in B2B and Digitalization
Works closely with internal departments to ensure Customer Success department is equiped with the proper digital tools and following corporate standards
Mentor and coach Inside Sales team leaders to meet key results.

Assess skills gaps of team and set appropriate developmental measures
Lead and directly manage team of inside sales development rep and technical support specialists.

Maintain knowledge of Rexroth FA product offering Qualifications Required:

5
years of sales, account management, channel management, or sales support with subject matter expertise experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with and understanding of project management fundamentals
Managerial-level data analysis and interpretation along with data-based decision making
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Products
Experience in Direct Sales and Channel Management.

Hybrid working with 2-3 days in office per week
Some travel.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
