All about therole:
As the Sr.
Director, Sales, you will lead a talentedsales team in successfully selling consumables, accessories, spare parts, andsmall appliances.
Your expertise will be crucial in driving sales through bothe-commerce platforms and brick-and-mortar partners.
This is a pivotal role where you will be responsiblefor creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
You will have theautonomy to shape the direction of our sales organization and guide themtowards achieving exceptional results.

What you'll do:
Develop sales/channel plans to achieve budgeted product line volume and profit objectives, new product launch commitments and inventory targets.
Direct channel mix to achieve business goals - Mitigate demand and production risk by integrating Sales Channel, Product Line and Manufacturing product strategies with strong demand planning acumen.
Lead the National Sales CDI team which includes Amazon, Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Walmart, Wayfair and future national partners.
Partner with the Major Appliance team for joint customer presentations and opportunities.
Lead the Parts Distributors, Dealers and Contract CDI channels Lead the Sales Operations team in CDI to ensure strong communication links with operations and manage customer deductions/chargebacks.
Develop short-term sales plan as well as a long-term strategic vision.
Develop Sales programs for existing and target accounts, presenting analytics that drive decision-making for continual growth.
Lead Sales team to achieve or exceed annual financial performance goals including sales targets, revenue growth and profit margin.
Develops a culture of engaged, high-performing, developed and accountable talent to support the organization.
Ensures team members are empowered to meet and exceed goals through performance management, development and business acumen.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA strongly preferred.

years' experience in a sales role successfully meeting and beating goals, preferably in a consumer products industry 5
years managing a sales staff, involving s.
etting expectations, communicating expectations, training and motivating staff to meet their greatest potential.
Proven experience in leading and facilitating strategic conversations.
Be comfortable delivering on short time frames and meeting deadlines.
Experience in long-term value creation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
