HDR is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to oversee the development of marketing content, track the pursuit of contracts, and help us organize and maintain our marketing information systems.

The Marketing Administrator will work as part of a tight-knit core marketing team in the Southeast.
This position will be based in HDR's uptown office in Charlotte, NC.
Working in a collaborative team environment, the Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting our marketing program activities.
The Marketing Administrator's primary responsibility will be research, technical and creative writing/editing, database management, and a range of other marketing tasks.
While daily tasks vary, we'll count on you to work with Marketing Coordinators, Proposal Managers, and Project Managers to prepare materials, including qualifications, presentations, proposals, and reports.
These efforts require independent research, collaboration, and technical writing.
Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills are essential.
This position requires balancing multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining quality and deadlines.
In the role of Marketing Administrator, we'll also count on you to:
Use intranet, collaboration, and file repository sites Create, maintain, and archive file folders in accordance with the organization's information life cycle governance policies Support the development of technical letter proposals, including proofreading, formatting, and development of non-technical text Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience High attention to detail and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Ability to work with and take direction from multiple levels of professional staff Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Preferred Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism or another related field Knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others Ability and desire to engage with others in-person, including infrequent, short-term travel Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff Why HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for it's also about what you do and how you do it.
