Maintain the integrity of the Company's policy and procedure manual; federal, state and local laws, and all other compliance objectives in addition to upholding Company culture.
Assist the department with programs, policy and procedure that support Company and Department goals and objectives.
Support creative problem solving that result in a positive work environment creating high Associate morale.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING oMaintain Associate files oPrimary back up to HRIS Specialist oCoordinate and manage the New Associate On-Boarding and Orientation Process oAssist with regular HR related reporting oAssist in ad-hoc HR projects oPerforms customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions oAssist with audits of payroll, benefits and other HR programs oAssist with planning and facilitating company events oSupport associates with any HR related questions including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, time off, policies and company procedures oFielding and responding to inquiries in the HR Inbox oAll other duties as assigned or required EXPERIENCE SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED oBachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience o3

Use of computer and terminal to gather data and generate reports and memos.
Regional travel up to 10%.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to stand, talk, walk and hear.
The Associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to write, input data and handle materials.
The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to focus.
This position will be performed in an office, classroom environment, or in the field.
The position requires travel by automobile and occasional travel by airplane.
During site visits and training sessions, position may require work in a shop or warehouse environment with exposure to hazards of equipment movement and chemicals.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
