Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.
Work you'll do/Responsibilities Currently, working with our project team and our Government client to provide support around client's BluePrism application as a developer where you will provide senior-level system analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of Blue Prism solutions/applications.
This is an effort to work with the team, as well as create, operate, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots, evaluate, test and load data from external sources (e.
g.
, csv, xls, pdf).
You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of SQL scripts and processes, the creation of data models for new data sets, translating the customer's business requirements into Intelligent Automation/RPA solutions, designing, building, and configuring applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements.
You will maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation You will provide technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans, and assess automation opportunities from a Blue Prism development perspective and prioritize proposed solutions.
You will perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities, and provide post-Go-Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes The Team As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data Engineering offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.
Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience 3 years of RPA software experience with BluePrism 5 years of IT software development Hands-on experience and demonstrated competency using Blue Prism's suite of tools (i.
e.
, Process Diagram, Process Studio, Object Studio, and Application Modeler) Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Role is remote Preferred Prior experience with.
