Renovation Tech 1

The Construction Renovation Technician will be responsible for completing assigned value-add apartment renovations at their assigned community to the predetermined scope, schedule and standard.
Responsibilities:
Performs various technical functions to prepare vacant apartments for market-ready condition on communities including but not limited to:
plumbing, plumbing fixtures, hardware, ceiling fans, counter tops, cabinet doors, appliances, blinds.
Partners with the Service Manager and Property Manager on a daily basis to complete and update the market-ready schedule.
Manages large scale unit turn process which includes performance of in house work.
Helps manage the flow of information to ensure the Regional Manager team and the on-suite team are aware of business issues specific to the unit renovation operation.
This includes checking large orders, keeping up with or staying ahead of schedules and communicating delays immediately.
Must be able to work independently or in a group setting.
Follows all safety and liability guidelines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
