The ideal candidate possesses experience in staffing sales while growing and managing business (transportation experience a plus).
We have been in the staffing business for more than 25 years.

Qualifications:
Experienced B2B sales professional who will drive branch sales and profits (85%) while being proficient in leading a branch (15%).
Experience in the staffing and/or transportation industry is a plus, but is not required - successful outside B2B sales experience is required.
You have a professional demeanor with the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
You possess strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
You must be a HUNTER ! Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager Include:
Creates and owns sales strategy for the branch - new account acquisition and management/expansion of current customer base Ability to build and maintain an aggressive sales pipeline that can support the branch's sales plan Directly responsible for the continuous growth of the branch Monitor existing client relationships to determine fit, risks and direction Create and conduct sales campaigns that include:
direct mail, telephone sales, outside sales, referrals, networking, email, social media and any other productive prospecting tools On-site prospect visits to evaluate:
risks, quality of the work environment, condition of equipment, client's attitude and rate drivers' acceptance of assignment Generate opportunities in direct hire, lease-to-hire, long term and temporary assignments Plan, conduct and document all sales efforts using CRM program Determine creditworthiness of prospects and customers for business relationship Audit and manage branch operations to provide superior service and consistent profitability Create branch goals - KPIs that are challenging for our employees and their production Support the operations of your clients by providing the market's best available service Coach and counsel associates as needed Respond to and effectively reconcile client/driver complaints and concerns Administration of company safety policies and procedures Accounts receivable collection Reliable transportation for territory sales work is required Territory Sales Manager
