Forour Business Area North America, as part of the IT Business Intelligence team,we are seeking a BI Lead Developer who will report directly to the BI ReportingManager.
You will be an active part of the team and instrumental in helping usadvance our data capabilities by designing and developing BI solutions thatturn data into actionable insights.

Thisrole will be part of the core project team that will roll out an SAP ERPplatform (EluxOne) for the Electrolux North America Spare Parts business.
Operationally, this role is the key liaison between the business functional andtechnical resources related to business intelligence reporting.
The role willdrive process change within the Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) business andidentify potential gaps between the existing solution's reporting package andbusiness needs.
What you'll do:
Work with BI Reporting Manager and Lead Developers to assess the fit of new requirements and solutions into mid and long-term solution strategy and architectural roadmap.
Provide leadership and guidance in the assessment and design of BI Reporting to support the Consumer Direct Interaction reporting needs, requirements, and goals.
Understand, advocate, and support the Electrolux NA business and IT strategy, promoting best practices, standards, and leveraging system platform potential.
Identify reports and dashboards that can be re-used within the EluxOne Template to drive consistency, cost reduction, and increases speed to market.
Connect to data sources, import, and transform data for business intelligence applications.
Contribute to the design, documentation, development, deployment, and support of Data Visualization tools.
Understand the full life cycle experience (requirements gathering through production deployment) in all aspects of BI Tools like Power BI & Tableau.
Leverage the data warehouse and data assets to convert excel-based, manual reporting to automated reports and dashboards.
Analyze and debug report/application issues quickly and effectively.
Qualificationsrequired:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years of Business Intelligence or equivalent experience required.
5 or more years of Reporting and Dashboard experience with Microsoft Power BI/SSRS/SSAS; SAP Business Objects:
, Webi, Dashboards, Explorer, Analysis, or equivalent reporting tools.
Five or more years of MS SQL Server complex queries, stored procedures and/or ETL tools and procedures.
Demonstrated experience and strong acumen across the Microsoft Power BI Suite including DAX, SQL, SSAS, Report Builder, Data Model integration with Excel and integration with SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS.
Knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
