DevOps Engineer

A services organization in North Carolina is looking to add a new DevOps Engineer to their team in Charlotte.
Responsibilities:
The DevOps Engineer will:
Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents Review functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provide feedback Collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency Participate in architecture, design and code reviews Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
5
years of experience with DBMS such as Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL; 3
years of experience as an Application Support Specialist or equivalent position in a large IT organization Working knowledge of containerization and virtualization technologies such as Docker and various hypervisors Strong expertise using monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as SolarWinds, Splunk, AppDynamics, or DataDog Strong working experience and certifications in Linux Server Administration Experience writing advanced Python and/or shell scripts and batch files Experience using source control and deployment tools, such as Automic, Jenkins, Git, and/or Puppet Experience with Java & J2EE Development (web services, Servlets, JNDI, ejb, jsp, js), JPA/Hibernate, XML , and Application Servers (esp.
JBOSS).
Experience with software development methodologies, 4D, Agile Scrum/Kanban Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Linux, Unix and Windows Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills:
Windows Administration, Network experience, and associated certifications Experience working on DevOps Recommended Skills Administration Agile Methodology Appdynamics Architecture Attention To Detail Batch Files Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
