Responsibilities:
Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policiesDetermine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possibleo Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance saleso Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needso Scheduling appointments utilizing warm leadso Commission Based
Qualifications:
Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferredPossesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsPrevious health insurance or life insurance experience a plusPrevious customer service or experience as a sales representative preferredo Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholderso Valid insurance license required Or Willingness To Obtaino If unlicensed, the agency will assist in bringing you through the licensing process and pay for your pre-licensing courseAbout Company:

Remote-Hybrid (virtual or in-person) Commission based Free Training including the pre-licensing course Qualified Leads are generated through 3rd party vendors Warm Lead assist available to new agentsAll clients and commissions are vested from Day 1 Recommended Skills Billing Communication Curiosity Customer Service Finance Insurance Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
