Job Responsibilities Travel to customer location to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Miele appliances utilizing factory training, service manuals and computerized tools.
Provide excellent customer experience by interacting with customer and giving guidance on proper use of equipment Maintain company vehicle and tools in organized, safe and working order.
Complete all service calls and warranty documentation in an accurate and timely manner Maintain required parts inventory by ordering replacement parts as necessary and conducting inventories as required.
Qualifications 3
years appliance repair or relevant electrical experience (preferred) 1 year of customer service experience (preferred) High school diploma or general education degree (GED) A valid driver's license 100% local daily travel required Able to follow directions and processes to ensure quality service for our customers Comfortable using laptop and smartphones Able to read, write and comprehend instructions & memos in English Successful pre-employment screening process including background check and drug screen Physical Requirements Ability to sit, walk and crawl occasionally Ability to stand, squat, kneel and dexterity to bend/twist neck and waist, frequently Ability to use hands repetitively and power/simple grasp constantly Ability for fine manipulation of hands as well as pushing, pulling and reaching above and below shoulder level constantly Physical ability to lift, pull and push products up to 50 pounds frequently Physical ability to lift, pull and push products that weigh in excess of 100
