Ruckus Networks is looking to add a Marketing Specialist to our Graduate Rotational Program.
You are an ideal candidate if you are currently local to (or open to) the Charlotte, NC, Tampa, FL, or Chicago, IL area.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World.
As a Regional Segment Marketer in the Graduate Rotational Program in our Networking, Intelligent Cellular & Security Solutions (NICS), you will be responsible for your own projects which gives you a sense of ownership.
You will work closely with other members of the global brand and regional marketing team on wired, Wi-Fi, Cloud, and IoT products and solutions.
You Will Make an Impact By Leading the charge of building, and implementing global campaigns across our 3 regions AMER, APAC, and EMEA.
Collaborating and orchestrating initiatives with the global field marketing teams Developing and coordinating the implementation of these global campaigns that will integrate all marketing channels, including events, online advertising, PR, SEO, and social media marketing Owning the management of end-to-end campaigns, from start (messaging, content packaging) to finish (KPI analysis, post-mortem analysis) Supporting the development of global content (emails, newsletters, webinars, videos, blogs, guides) to be used in the campaigns Developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external partners across the organization End-to-end follow-up of the campaign:
Track the performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas Analyzing data and metrics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement Required Qualifications for Consideration Graduate program student in good standing in a BS, BA, or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university MS Office experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.

Have experience in Data Analysis using industry tools (ie.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs.
Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
The expected salary range for this position is $69,700.
00 to $87,100.

The Candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan.
Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
