Lead Business System Analyst
Overview This role will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading a team of on-site and off- shore resources to support the Project-to-Cash (Project accounting, Project Resource Management, Time & Expenses) processing areas. The candidate will need to be highly organization, communicate in an effective manner to senior leadership, prioritize cross functional work, lead small to large projects, and manage deliverables and timelines. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of techno-functional experience leading projects and teams in ERP applications with specialization in Oracle Project Accounting. $115,000 - $119,000 What You'll Do Minimum 7-8 years of proven experience in Oracle Techno Functional Consultant (60/40%) is desired. You should have hands on experience in Project to Cash (P2C), Financials areas in Oracle R12 environment. Excellent knowledge around Forms/Reports/Workflow/AOL/OA Framework used. Ability to guide internal customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying new technologies that drive increased business value. You should have good understanding and hands-on experience on Project modules (Project Costing, Project Billing), OTL, AR along with good understanding of accounting. Excellent experience and in depth knowledge in Project Management and Project Resource Management modules preferred. Good understanding of other financial modules like PO/AP/GL & other iModules (iExpenses/iProcurement/iReceivables) will be an additional plus. You should have an excellent knowledge and hands on experience in technical objects (relevant modules & ETL) and SQL/PLSQL Good understanding and experience in Integration technologies like Middleware, Web Services, and developed REST/SOAP API would be a plus. Good understanding around shell scripting and working knowledge on UNIX environments, FTP tools. You should be able to perform around ticketing system, version control, code migration utilities You should be self-sufficient, should have good logical reasoning skills and have experience working as individual contributor with minimal supervision. Should work in proper collaboration and positive correlation with other team members as well. Relationship building skills - develops good internal & external relationships, a team player, ability to learn, accommodate within the team with a mutual understanding. You should be aware and accomplish the goals and targets assigned. You should have the ability to communicate effectively and handle issues sensitively. Work independently, uses a creative approach, challenges the current state of play and processes, instigates and implements change where needed to get results. A desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies. You should be able to collect and provide timely based results as per the needs and requirements of the business and customers. If you have an experience with Oracle Cloud that is an advantage.
