Due to our continued growth we are seeing a Construction Superintendent for a high-profile project in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities Oversee work is completed in accordance with contract documents Provide ongoing involvement with the CM team, on-site managers, design consultants and construction teams Handle all on-site reviews, meetings, submittals and requests for information by contractors. Process shop drawings Review and verify progress payments as well as reviewing contractor payments compared to work being done Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and documentation as requested by client Oversee all procedures, coordination, progress problems, schedules and changes Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of successful construction management experience in general building construction or MEP systems construction for public building facilities PMP and/or CCM Certification a plus Ability to interface with client/owner to understand their needs and project scopes as well as coordinating end-users Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task LiRo offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits plan, and opportunities for training and advancement.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Construction & Real EstateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
