Responsibilities:
Lead BA NA Digital Operations Strategic Roadmap and Support Group Operations Digital strategy. Develop Rapid Response Team to address immediate business need and pain points. Govern Smart factory Standards, Processes, and Tools. Scale an innovation pipeline and drive use cases in operational areas using Industry 4.0 concepts that deliver tangible business value. Accelerate digital mindset & development of competencies within operations. WHO YOU ARE:

Experience:
Clear and strong communication skills, ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way. Relevant university agree, minimum Bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 years of experience from working with digitization in larger organizations. Knowledge in digital principles and frameworks. Strong understanding of technology and how it can enable a digital workforce. Required languages:
Fluent English written and spoken. #LI-AB3
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
