Job overview The purpose of this position is to maintain the highest standard of the facilities maintenance, custodial, and exterior grounds. A facility that has high visibility and impact to all levels of leadership board members and or guests. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising both day shift and evening custodial crews, including identifying the necessary support for special requests, such as large-scale events working closely with all members of the facilities team, as well as external teams such as marketing, technology, and teammate communications. Job responsibilities Supervising 4 - 16 facilities maintenance and facilities technicians on 1st and 2nd shiftcrews scheduling daily assignments, work requests assignments and weekly projects optimizing and distributing workload evenly to staff. Required to work 1 or 2 nights a week Performs daily huddles, weekly 1:
1's and team meetings providing coaching, mentoring in both work and personal development, as well as training in OSHA safety, heavy equipment operation cleanliness standards and operational efficiencies. Job description Performing daily inspections of buildings - identifying, documenting, and creating task assignments for efficiencies discovered and/or communicating potential safety or site issues that need to be addressed by management. Participates and daily, weekly, and monthly staff and management meetings providing updates feedback and participating in activities. Maintains open communication to facilities and security team via provided sources email, work order systems, phone, text message on your direct team updates that include PTO, work assignment requests received, status, and close outs in a timely manner. Assists and manages all aspects of Facilities team support for events/functions scheduled on campus.Assistance includes (but not limited to) furniture moves, stage setup/breakdowns, mechanical/electrical adjustments, collaboration with technology for AV support. Help with new and expansion office setups including office moves and future building. Performs all facilities maintenance and facilities technician tasks, when short staffed and or as needed. Provides support and assistance in organizing and maintaining all storage areas with the appropriate storage, inventory levels. Ensuring all labels, instructions and schedules are properly placed. Requirements:
Advanced building system knowledge and skills in CMMS, BAS, and lighting controls systems, UPS and backup generator Strong communication skills both written and verbal Moderate skills in use of general technology and Microsoft products Osha Certified in first 90 days of employment (AvidXchange will cover cost of program) Supervised a team of 5 for a minimum of 5 years Strong project management skills with a track record of completing projects successfully Must wear company assigned uniform and meet minimal level of grooming standard, at all times On call 24/7 Must be able to work overtime and on weekends Travel to satellite offices and assist with maintenance support. Preferred experience, qualifications, and skills Knowledge of equipment handling in forklifts, aerial lifts, etc. and maintenance tools and equipment Experience includes interviewing, hiring, terminations and training, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for a long period of times. Lift and or move up to 50 pounds Capable of tolerating harsh conditions such as biohazards and exposure to chemicals. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
