Director, Client Management at Trustmark in Charlotte, NC

This position will be performed in our Charlotte, NC location. Please note this position will be entirely virtual until our return to office (date still to be announced), at which time our associates will be working in a hybrid capacity of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. Key Accountabilities:
Work closely with Client Managers on day-to-day client/broker issues as well as high priority issue resolution. Coordinates with sales regarding new business to determine appropriate client management assignments. Assign and monitor client management and client coordinator workloads. Facilitate the ongoing education, training, mentoring of the client management staff to include industry and regulatory updates, new products and trends. Provide high level of customer service to all internal and external constituents by working proactively across department to meet client deliverables as well as providing timely and equitable issue resolution. Create and maintain statistical data and communicate findings with RVP/Director as appropriate Ensure strong client relationships are established and maintained through personal contact with clients, phone calls, visits, etc. Other duties as needed/assigned. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
