Support the quarterly earnings process including creation of the earnings script, earnings presentation, and Q&A prep Provide relevant input for SEC filings Draft press releases for quarterly earnings and other investor relations events Prepare materials for board meetings, including slides for the investor relations section Provide capital markets support, including partnering with investment banks, Nasdaq, etc. Lead treasury operations support related to commercial banking, accounts, FX, and interest rate hedging transactions Monitor and track consensus estimates; work with FP&A and accounting teams to maintain close communication regarding external expectations from the sellside and buyside Build improved IR financial preparation processes to provide more proactive financial information to the CFO and CEO Treasury
Responsibilities:
Set the strategic direction of the R1's treasury operations, with a focus on cash management and working capital management. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the company's relationship with its commercial banks and lenders, and R1's foreign exchange and interest rate hedging program Partner with FP&A and internal business leaders to ensure efficient cash management Manage the Treasury Analyst responsible for day-to-day oversight of cash operations Lead and drive improved cash flow / working capital across total company and improve prioritization of capex investments through improved cash flow reporting, planning, and forecasting processes Maintain policies and procedures and participate in SOX compliance reviews and affirmations Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant field Strong financial modeling and knowledge of treasury/ cash modeling, valuation methods, capital market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text, and a writing voice to create engaging investor communications and presentations Ability to work closely across the organization to drive cash performance and related metrics Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability, and urgency for achieving results
Qualifications:
MBA or other advanced graduate degree preferred CFA or CTP preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
