Job Summary Sealed Air's Brand and Content Experience team is looking for a Brand Strategy Manager. A corporation with a broad portfolio of solutions and a wide range of audiences, Sealed Air is undergoing a digital transformation and brand evolution. These efforts require a business-minded brand strategist to help build and protect the valuable brands in our portfolio. This role will work globally and cross-functionally to help guide brand strategy and usage. They will not only be responsible for managing consistency and compliance but will also be tasked with creating a network of brand advocates and infusing a passion for brand in those they work with. They will help shepherd large brand projects as well as lead day-to-day management of the brand portfolio including naming, hierarchy, and trademarks. They will work closely with the commercial, innovation and development, and legal teams as we bring new innovations to market. To succeed in this role the ideal candidate will have an inquisitive nature, attention to detail, and the ability to see holistic trends across the organization. Clear communication and clarity of direction from this person will be critical to the adoption and advocacy of brand guidance. A knowledge of our industry and products will give this individual a jumpstart on their objectives, but they must also be focused on customer-centric data to help guide our branding decisions. This person's impact will be seen through an increase in consistency and clarity in how our brands are communicated by both teams and external audiences. Responsibilities Manage brand approval process and implementation for the enterprise Guide cross-functional teams through product naming process Partner with I & D to understand coming innovations and plan for brand implications Partner with legal on tradename management and review Work with content governance and supply chain teams to keep external digital platforms and systems on-brand Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years working in cross-functional settings. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Process management and implementation Additional Qualifications Internal change management communication experience Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas Strong leadership, creativity, and planning/execution skills Intellectually curious, strong attention to detail, self-motivated
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
