Lithium is playing a key role in powering the EV (electric vehicle) and eMobility evolution, fueling both transportation and consumer electronics technology advancement. The Strategy & Planning group is a key contributor to the Lithium business overall success, as this group works collaboratively across all of our lines of business, as well as functional areas, to develop the vision and path which shapes the business to help achieve its full potential, helps align the organization to succeed and communicates the strategy effectively to engage key internal and external stakeholders. It is an exciting time to join the team, as the Strategy & Planning organization is currently forming and initiating this important contribution. The Sr. Manager, Performance Management is a pivotal role on the Strategy & Planning team, responsible for assisting the VP Strategy & Planning in translating our new 2030 vision/mission and long-term strategy into an actionable implementation plan, defining the strategic priorities, initiatives & activities necessary to successfully realize the strategy. The Sr. Manager, Performance Management will also lead creation of a performance management dashboard which calibrates and prioritizes the organization's resources and investments across both growth platforms and functional areas, defines the appropriate measurements and metrics to monitor our success, and provides quarterly updates and reporting for senior management and employees at Town Halls. Resulting operations and financial impacts from the performance management plan will be folded into our annual LRP, which this role will also contribute to. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop an actionable strategy implementation plan, defining the strategic priorities, initiatives & activities necessary to successfully realize the strategy. Create a performance management dashboard and quarterly reporting process to ensure the long term strategic plan is successfully implemented, tracking progress on strategic plan with key KPIs/metrics, leveraging Corporate implementation of WorkBoard/OKR platform and workflow technology. Work with subject matter experts and data holders across the organization to aggregate the key data needed to update the PM dashboard quarterly. Input operations and financial impacts from the performance management plan into annual LRP. Liaise with cross functional leaders across the organization in an influence without authority capacity. Prepare and present regularly to the Lithium leadership team and broader organization. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree. 10 years plus work experience in consulting, internal strategy or performance management functions. Leadership of cross-functional initiatives with high impact & proven success. Highly analytical, comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data and information and gleaning key insights. Excellent collaboration and influence without authority skills. Executive communication capability. LANGUAGE SKILLS Fluent English speaking & writing.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Process ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
