- Senior Family Law Attorney with Portable Book of Buisness- (must have)
- NC Bar membership in good standing (must have)
- Handle a caseload of family law matters
- Knowledge of and experience in litigation
- Admission to practice in North and South Carolina preferred
- On-site
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in court hearings and mediation sessions
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
