Job Title: RN -PCU
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $2850/wk
Shifts: 4x12s Nights available

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients in our progressive care unit. As a PCU RN, you will be responsible for managing the care of critically ill or unstable patients who require extended observation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse PCU:
Assessing and monitoring patients' medical conditions, including vital signs, pain levels, and mental state
Administering medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians
Performing diagnostic tests and procedures as ordered
Communicating with primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
Monitoring and documenting patient progress and medical interventions
Collaborating with patients and their families to provide education, support, and emotional care
Responding quickly and decisively in emergencies or unexpected medical situations
Requirements of the Registered Nurse PCU:
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
NIHSS Certification
RN License
18 months PCU experience
