Customer Support Representative
A CRG client within the industrial manufacturing & equipment services industry is seeking a customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join their team in a Direct Hire/Full Time opportunity. This organization is on a growth path and offers the ability to learn and grow within the role. In this position, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

$50,000-$55,000
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ONSITE

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide information about products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of customer support experience preferably within the manufacturing and distribution industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to organize and structure digital files
  • Works efficiently individually and in team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with QuickBooks business system preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
