A CRG client within the industrial manufacturing & equipment services industry is seeking a customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join their team in a Direct Hire/Full Time opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide information about products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer support experience preferably within the manufacturing and distribution industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organize and structure digital files
- Works efficiently individually and in team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with QuickBooks business system preferred
