Syndicate Client Service Manager We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Syndicate Client Service Manager. 4
month assignment Pay rate:
$53/hr Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for our IG Syndicate EMEA operations, delivering premium service and managing relationships with Syndicate desks, Council, DTC, and internal departments. Ensure timely response to client queries regarding Prospectus requests and oversee the uploading of Deal Folders into Filenet/Teamspace. Complete Syndicate wire callbacks and liaise with internal departments to facilitate the settlement of syndicate transactions. Conduct SSI onboarding for syndicate wires and investigate and resolve breaks efficiently. Requirements:
3
years of experience with Bloomberg, DTC and Syndicate Proven track record of excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus. Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Up-to-date knowledge of syndicate, clearing, and settlement space. Preferred experience in data analysis and FINRA wire transfer. Pay Details:
