Job Superintendent Job Restoration Department/ Field Operations HR Shane Shank Charlotte Travel Yes Level/Salary $27 to $33 per hour Position Full-time Benefits Yes Date 04/16/2024 Applications Report Operations Manager Report Field Foreman and Technicians People to Coordinate Your Clients, Operations Manager, Business & Development Team, Warehouse & Equipment Manager, Field Technicians & Foreman, Contract Administrator, and SRA Support Staff Job Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESo Coordinate all workforce required to successfully complete projects.o Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.o Communicate with foreman and field technicians.o Responsible for the workflow of projects.o Maintain project schedule.o Order and maintain materials and equipment for projects.o Responsible for the quality of work performed.o Oversee Safety. Our Safety goal is zero incidents and no recordables. Includes ensuring all safety requirements and policies are being followed, execution of weekly toolbox topics, safety training, and evolving a safety culture.o Responsible for daily reports.o Document project progress through photos and as-builts.o Approve workforce time weekly.o Approve material and equipment invoices weekly.o Oversee training of Foreman and Field Technicians.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSo High School diploma or equivalent required.o Bi-lingual is a plus.o A two-year college degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.o Must have experience in reading blueprints.o Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills.o Use of Procore daily.REQUIREMENTSo Five years' experience in construction.o Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods. Must be able to climb and balance on equipment, ladders, and scaffolding.o Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds.o Must have a valid driver's license or valid State ID.o Must pass a criminal background check.
