The Administrative Manager to EVP provides both administrative support as well as overall administrative management and coordination of support function for department activities and office operations, budget and support personnel for the department.
Primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the chief office and/or EVP.
The role provides right-hand assistance to the chief officer which includes all aspects of daily operations, i.
e.
, overall calendar management, travel arrangements, prioritization of meeting requests and scheduling.
Maintains autonomy to review and schedule and communicate with leadership regarding needs and share pertinent information.
Exercises independent judgment to fulfill needs in creating materials for leaders for projects.
Manages all internal and external communication while maintaining the highest integrity and confidentiality.
Interacts professionally with high-level agencies/individuals in the local, state, national and international government and/or community arena.
Interacts with EVP's team in a senior staff capacity.
Supports executive projects, and creates materials, and schedules for and with leadership.
Provides project management keeping leadership schedules up-to-date and alerting leadership of any changes, or important items that may impact projects.
Establishes a relationship with community leaders and keeps executive up to date on current events and other duties to help the organization carry out its mission, vision and values.
Considered the EVP, Chief Officer's business partner.
Exercises discretion and independent judgment.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma, required.
4 Year / Bachelors Degree in related field, preferred.
Experience:
Four years in an executive assistant and above level role, required.
Licensure/certification/registration:
Has completed the STAR administrative professional program or comparable training, preferred.
Additional skills required:
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and demonstrate the following:
strong leadership, deep organizational skills, a professional attitude and team focus.
Proven ability to work with internal and external partners in establishing sound working relationships.
Must be a proficient communicator.
Ability to foster relationships with business partners, vendors and customer partner(s).
Manage the EVP Chief Officer's complex calendar including the review and prioritization of meetings and meeting requests.
Ability to work with EVP, Chief Officer's team to complete projects.
Coordinate meeting agendas when necessary and brief leader on relevant business matters.
Manage correspondence on behalf of leader when necessary.
Field, filter and/or forward telephone calls.
Coordinate all travel arrangements with necessary parties:
including internal flight scheduler, transportation, hotel and dinner reservations.
Solely responsible for creating comprehensive travel itinerary.
Record receipts reconcile expenditures and complete expense reports.
Responsible for traveling with leader when necessary.
Act as liaison between the EVP, Chief Officer and his/her direct reports and other employees.
assist in achieving the company's mission and objectives.
High level of organization, competency and initiative to complete projects in a timely manner.
Confidentiality is a must.
Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Internet Explorer and Outlook.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
