Basically, you will be the Branch Manager's right hand administrative and coordination person, supporting in the management of day-to-day operations for multiple projects.
You will also manage all routine office activities (with responsibility for staff and customer relationships) and liaise with corporate, payroll, finance and HR departments.
And you will typically carry out monthly contract billings.
You:
You will be a great communicator, who enjoys unpredictability and problam solving.
An experienced administrator with supervisory experience.
To be able to thrive in the role, you should have some experience or knowledge of how construction companies operate.
